How do you get a real estate license?

State of Michigan Licensing Requirements:
          -- 18 Years of Age
          -- Complete 40 Hour Approved Prelicensure Class
          -- Pass State Exam
          -- Find a broker and apply for a Real Estate Salespersons License

NOTE:  You can become a real estate broker after being licensed for 3 full years, completing 90 hours of broker education, and passing the broker exam.
